“To My Love”
To my Love, I send to you
This little poem to see you through
The dreary day that has begun,
(Although quite warm, even without the sun).
If despair should overcome,
Due to others’ stupidity or sheer boredom,
Think of my smile and a kiss,
Sent to you upon my wish
This dreary day to see you through;
This poem, my Love, I send to you.
